Gerrard nostalgic for his days in Liverpool as he hails Klopp's 'brilliant' side

Steven Gerrard admitted to missing the everyday joy of representing Liverpool as he returned to Anfield for a legends match against Rangers.
Now Gers' boss, the former midfielder has led the his side to the summit of the Scottish Premiership but longs for the days where he could lace up the boots and play competitively.
'It does feel great putting the kit back on and being around the lads in the dressing room and I'm looking forwards to it,' he told LFCTV.
‘I miss it every day, I miss representing the club every day, even from the banter level going into Melwood.
And the 39-year-old is also enjoying how strong Liverpool look under Jurgen Klopp this season with eight wins from eight in the Premier League.
‘They have been brilliant for a while, you go back over the last couple of years when Jurgen finally got his philosophy across. I really enjoy watching them,' he added.

‘I always think they will win, whoever they play. Whether it is a top of the table clash or a Champions league clash, I always fancy Liverpool as favourites now.
'The front three, in the form they are in, they are unplayable at times and Van Dijk has been a real big cog in the jigsaw, the keeper and the rest around them aren’t bad.
‘They are great to watch and it is great from a fans view to see them sit top of the league but I am sure Jurgen is thinking the same as me, take the next game as it comes, keep pushing and try and win the next one.’
And on his current Rangers side, Gerrard continued: 'We have had a setback in the Europa league against young boys in the last minute which was a blow and an old Firm defeat
‘Aside from that defeat the boys have been outstanding. We are only in October and we have a long way to go. We need to keep pushing.
